With the inclusion of Danny the drummer, with growing musical abilities, and with more sophisticated gear such as synthesizers and electric pianos at our hands, the completely innocent experimenting of the first Parsec incarnation was replaced by visions of 'real' music and ambitions to create it. We tried to compose and play Soft Machine inspired jazzrock, with mixed results. After a period of struggling with one long and somewhat complex piece (the untitled Parsec 'suite') and one private gig, Parsec finally broke apart.
